Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including candidate sourcing and scheduling
Partner with hiring teams to understand objectives and drive hiring plans
Contribute to team productivity and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple departments
6 months of recruiting experience in a start-up environment preferred
Experience with an ATS and common sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter required
Strong business acumen and ability to articulate the employee value proposition to candidates
