Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a leading food manufacturing company in Springdale, OH.

This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and more to ensure production efficiency and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, equipment, structures, and pipes.
• Utilize machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill press, milling machine) for part fabrication and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform assigned work orders and document completion.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the maintenance area.
• Support predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Participate in plant initiatives and ensure adherence to safety and quality policies.
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in welding, electrical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Stable work history is a must .
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance and electrical work.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Welding experience.
• Experience with PLC systems.

Shift Details :

• 2nd Shift : Monday to Friday, 2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM EST.
• Weekend Shift : Friday to Monday, 10 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM
