Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key player in the specialty services division, you will coordinate and manage complex electrical and engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about project management in a fast-paced environment and eager to make a significant impact.

Day to Day Duties

  • Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely completion of critical tasks.
  • Oversee procurement of supplies and materials, and participate in project cost reviews.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with project scope and safety regulations.
  • Track project resources and progress, identifying opportunities for change orders.
  • Manage project billing, scheduling, and close-out documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Adhere to safety standards and manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or Engineering Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Project Management in engineering, BMS / BAS, HVAC, construction, or critical facilities operations.
  • Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects successfully.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.

Note : To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education / training, key skills, and other considerations.
