Job Overview

Billing Delivery plays a critical across a wide range of complex initiatives, supporting scoping discussions, tech feasibility determination, technical visioning and setting the overall technical delivery strategy and plan in coordination with our Billing vendor.

The Technology Solutions Manager partners with the business to drive prioritization and solution delivery approach within business processes, and across technology groups to ensure design and delivery of a complete and concise solution that addresses the business need.

Job Responsibilities :

Project Management

Manages inception activities, including breakdown of business requirements and technical scope definition.

Partners with billing vendor to manage cost and schedule of approved deliverables.

Partners with Senior level resources to define technology strategy approach for business process initiatives and to provide recommendations on scope delivery planning.

Serves as technical owner (accountable IT representative) and is responsible for technical stewardship of the full range of business deployment initiatives.

Supports the delivery of technology solutions within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project and product management.

Supports issue triage on escalation resolution for technical solution issues.

Strategy

Partners with the business and technical teams to drive strategy, prioritization, approach, and goals of initiative.

Prepares high level solution design presentations for business and org leadership review.

Serve as a SME of existing functionality for a channel.

Relationship and People Management

Performs day-to-day management of business stakeholder relationships on cross domain initiatives.

Provides leadership in evolving design and orchestrates solutions across domain teams.

Identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes information, applying critical thought to present the information in a clear and meaningful way.

Works independently as well as collaboratively.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Other Technical Discipline. (Required)

Work Experience :

4-7 years Related working experience. (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Analytics, A gile or SAFe / Metro or Samson Billing (Required)

Communication Communicates technical and functional solutions effectively and efficiently. (Required)

Base Pay Range : $95,300 - $171,900Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
