About the Role :

As a Senior Design Engineer based in Zhangjiagang, this position will work with and support the antenna design team to identify and design, integrate solution to customer, and assist with the implementation of Airgain products. This role is pivotal in transforming complex technical requirements into practical, efficient, and scalable design solutions that meet both client and market needs. The Senior Design Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of designs.

Essential Function :

• Design and improve the antenna products that integrate into complex projects.
• Address integration issues proactively, in collaboration with Field Application Engineers, Sales, Customers, and Engineering.
• Work within a channel between customer designs and Airgain solutions.
• Incorporate new technology developments and build a portfolio of previous designs to be used for complex integration.
• Work closely with manufacturing for the reliable & robust manufacturability of antenna design.
