Description

Job Responsibilities :

Planning and implementation of study protocols.

Manage regulatory aspects of clinical research studies (e.g IRB submissions, CTSRMC submissions, study binders).

Screening and enrollment of study participants.

Data collection, data entry (PennCTMS) and CRF completion.

Oversee device management and biosamples (collection, processing, inventory and shipment).

Preparing / submitting regulatory packets, maintaining essential documents, staying on top of deadlines for continuing reviews, and prioritizing protocol amendments / modification.

Participating in study feasibility, pre-site visits, site initiation visits, monitoring visits, audits, and close-out visits.

Correspondence and team meetings with study sponsors, CROs and investigators.

Data collection, data entry, eCRF completion. Conducting QA / QC reviews of participant charts and regulatory files to ensure adherence to protocol, GCP guidelines, and SOPs.

Work with IDS on investigational drug trials, oversee device management, and oversee biospecimen handling (eg. collection, processing, and shipping of hazardous materials).

Assisting in the development / maintenance of study specific case report forms, source document tools, trackers, and templates to be used by research staff.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and 4 to 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Position is contingent upon continued funding.
