We are seeking a self-motivated Content Marketing Manager to join the Digital Brand Marketing team. This role will drive brand content development and marketing strategy, as well as partner closely with Ecom teams to bring brand content to life across the ecommerce site.

As a key member of the Digital Brand Marketing Team, our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing and communications, campaign management and have experience working cross functionally with ecommerce teams.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Digital Brand Marketing. This will be a highly cross-functional role, partnering with brand managers, creative, ecommerce and other internal partners to build the brand across multiple digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about bringing our brand to life across many digital touchpoints.

You’ll Make a Difference By

  • Leading Holiday Brand Campaigns and other crossover needs such as Sustainability, Giving Back and other key brand moments.
  • Partnering with Ecom site merchandising and UX teams to consult on brand needs and challenges and ultimately enhance the digital brand customer experience.
  • Driving Editorial Site Content strategy, calendar and processes for brand and SEO long-form content in partnership with Brand and Ecom SEO teams.

Ensure authenticity of voice and content.

  • Driving content marketing distribution across digital touchpoints. Develop analytics and reporting in order to optimize content and distribution channels.
  • Driving You Tube & Spotify brand channel strategies, organization, updates, and management.
  • Being a digital strategic thought partner to cross functional teams including Brand team, social, paid media, and ecommerce teams to drive results.
  • Overseeing a direct report focused on digital program and homepage marketing, seasonal Ecom asset refreshes and other emerging Ecom needs.

About You

  • 5+ years of consumer marketing experience working on brand marketing and / or ecommerce teams.
  • Must be a strong communicator who is able to effectively communicate across many cross-functional teams.
  • Highly driven with a positive, team-oriented attitude and learning mindset.
  • Thoughtful and adaptive strategic thinker who can interpret needs and present solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track / manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Strong understanding of touchpoints across the digital ecosystem and experience with Google Analytics preferred.
  • Experience in footwear or apparel business is a plus. Exposure to equestrian, western, outdoor, or work channels is a strong plus.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 per year.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.

This range may be modified in the future.
