Role Overview :
As a Customer Advisor you will handle customer inquiries over the phone ensuring accurate data entry and addressing client complaints.
You will meet servicelevel agreements for call resolution troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for common problems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to introduce our offerings and explore their needs
- Diligently oversee and provide updates on your sales pipeline ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and progress
- Consult with small and mediumsized businesses to understand their goals and challenges in the market
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for your client portfolio tailored to meet their specific requirements
Requirements :
- Native German
- B2 proficiency in English
- Greek Residency Card or EU Citizenship
