Job Specifics

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects by providing essential support to our Project Managers.

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to be involved in all stages of project execution, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Compliance Coordination : Manage Davis-Bacon paperwork and requirements in collaboration with Payroll, Subcontractors, and General Contractors.

Access Management : Oversee job site badging and access, maintaining accurate logs for seamless site operations.

Document Control : Handle the management and distribution of plans and specifications, ensuring all teams have the information they need.

Submittal Oversight : Build and maintain the Submittal Register based on project-specific requirements, and work with Project Managers to prioritize key submittals.

Supplier Coordination : Request, coordinate, log, and track submittals and resubmittals from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery.

Equipment Tracking : Keep accurate logs of equipment for assigned projects, ensuring everything is accounted for.

Project Documentation : Compile As-Builts, Start-Up Reports, O&M manuals, Warranties, and Owner training materials, ensuring thorough documentation.

Communication Hub : Update project documentation to maintain clear, up-to-date communication between the office and the field.

Forecasting and Billing : Assist in tracking manpower projections and ensure project billings align with contractual requirements.

Budget Management : Enter project budgets into accounting software, ensuring financial accuracy from the start.

Process Adherence : Ensure that all job processes meet company policies and contractual standards before work begins.
