Youre Good At

You make regular inspections of restaurants to observe the quality of food preparation and service; food appearance; and cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas / equipment;

and employee appearance.

• You conduct line checks / tasks list and sanitize walk-throughs utilizing Ecosure food safety programs.
• You oversee product purchasing and manage the culinary budget.
• You drive a culture of building sales through great execution and building profits by focusing on the details.
• You love to motivate your team through praise and recognition.
• You ensure teammates have the proper tools to succeed.
• You are familiar with ordering / inventory processing and payroll.
• You can identify talent within and outside of the restaurant.
• You like hiring, developing, evaluating, and performance management of the culinary team.
• You like maintaining a budgeted food cost & daily / weekly inventory levels.
• You like creating teammate's schedules while adhering to forecasting and budgeting guidelines.
• You can address difficult situations and guests complaints through AIM - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
• You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak well. You can explain just about anything to anyone
• You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.

About Lazy Dog

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is a family-run group of restaurants based out of Southern California. Established in 2003, we have quickly grown throughout 7 states.

We will continue to grow 25% annually. With our expansion, we are creating incredible potential for growth for all positions.

We are looking for passionate individuals who share our love for providing an excellent culinary experience, warm small-town hospitality, and exceptional service to our guests.
