We are looking for an administrative assistant for our enterprise communications and service client.
This is a 9-month contract role initially, 40 hours / week, in Jersey City,NJ.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage document creation and information support.
- Build and maintain document handling structures.
- Ensure compliance with document classification and access protocols.
- Update and upload documents as needed.
- Gather and distribute presentation materials and information.
- Create content in alignment with Ericsson Brand guidelines.
- Provide expertise on information sources and tools.
- Support document preparation for audits.
- Assist with administrative tool utilization.
- Handle orders, invoices, and reimbursements per policies.
- Act as an expert in administrative systems and guide routines.
- Manage assets, distribution lists, and access rights.
- Support compliance with information security standards.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and visa processes.
- Assist in entry and exit administration for employees and consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proficiency in administrative tools and systems (., EB, My Support, Concur).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
