Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and application-focused environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile processes, and ensuring delivery of secure, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery in line with organizational priorities.
- Oversee cybersecurity, cloud security, web applications, and vulnerability / threat management projects.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to streamline processes, track progress, and manage workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with security and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving conflicts.
