- What You’ll Do : *
As a *Hospice Aide*, you’ll play a vital role in providing personal health care and support services to patients in their homes.
You’ll help create a safe, comfortable environment, while working closely with patients, families, and your team to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Personal Care : * Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Patient & Family Support : * Work compassionately with patients and their loved ones, ensuring they feel safe and cared for.
- Communication : * Keep your supervisor updated on patient conditions and any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth and effective care delivery.
- Safe & Clean Environment : * Help maintain a hygienic and orderly space for patients in their homes.
- Qualifications : *
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License* in the state of application.
- A *positive attitude* and *strong communication skills*.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality care* to patients and their families.
- Reliable transportation* to travel within your coverage area.
- Preferred : * Previous experience in hospice or home health care.
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions* and willingness to cover other areas as needed.
