You will have primary responsibilities that include :

  • Perform basic design work on a variety of projects and prepare reports and construction drawings
  • Assist on 2D and 3D preparations of drawings, using computer aided design (CAD) or building information modeling (BIM)
  • Convert and digitize electronic files into useable CAD files
  • Prepare drawings in compliance with company drawing and CAD / BIM standards
  • Perform redline mark ups as directed by others
  • Collect data and gather information or documents for architectural projects
  • Assist with preparation of permit submittal documents and applications
  • Support architectural design team in daily planning, coordination, and completion of projects
  • Learn state and federal laws & regulations and adapt building codes and standards as required to integrate into projects
  • Perform other project duties as assignedPosition requirements include :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; or in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of related experience and / or training
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photo Editing Software, and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits and Perks Include :
