Senior Custodian, Auxiliary Facilities Services

UC Riverside's Auxiliary Facilities Services is recruiting for multiple, full-time Senior Custodians. The full salary range for the Senior Custodian is $25.00 - $28.89 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

• Please note the realized minimum pay for this position will be $25 an hour.
• This recruitment will be used to fill multiple positions with varying schedules. Positions may include shifts scheduled across all seven days of the week and throughout the day. Specific schedules will be discussed at the time of interview.The Sr. Custodian performs a variety of custodial tasks to care, maintain, disinfect, sanitize, and preserve campus facilities. Responsible to clean, dust, strip, wax, sweep, mop, polish, disinfect, sanitize, wash, vacuum, replenish restrooms, and remove refuse / recycling throughout campus facilities, conference rooms, elevators, stairwells, offices, classrooms, laboratories, auditoriums, restrooms, lounges, hallways, residential facilities, exteriors, etc. May work independently or as a part of a team in assigned work areas. Maintains a positive attitude and communicates effectively with colleagues, supervisors, staff, faculty and students.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
