Job Description / Requirements : Customer Service Representatives will be assisting customers with electrical products via phone, email and chat
Minimum 2 years customer service experience - call center and electrical knowledge / experience required
1+ year of logistics / shipping experience required
Ability to demonstrate soft skills (customer service, listening skills and customer empathy)
Some experience with chat preferred
Must be computer literate
Ability to multi-task and use different systems simultaneously
Technical support experience
