Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®), a comprehensive receivables management company, incorporated in Kansas, serving clients locally and nationwide, is seeking two energetic and organized Attorneys to join our team :
One position requires previous experience in the civil litigation field.
The other position will be entry level, licensing is not required upon application or hire, but must be obtained within 6 months.
ARSI® offers paid time off to study for the bar exam for those not yet licensed.
Responsibilities :
- Be Responsive
- Report to VP of Legal / Chief Legal Officer, employee activity and departmental issues
- Provide leadership
- Be a daily source of knowledge for employees
- Motivate employees
- Represent mutual clients in civil lawsuits for collection of money due
- Be responsible for all specified duties assigned
