Pay : $ 2295.00 per week

Duration : 13 weeks
36 hours weekly guarantee

Requirements :
Active Unrestricted AZ License
Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certification - required
Must have 2 years of unit experience
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
