GIS Analyst

A company is looking for a GIS Analyst to transform geospatial data into actionable insights for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project scope and strategy

Perform spatial analysis, update GIS systems, and troubleshoot technical issues

Maintain data quality through QA / QC checks and provide support and training on GIS tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in GIS or data systems, preferably in a utility environment

Proficiency in GIS platforms and data technologies

Experience with spatial data analysis and map creation

Familiarity with relational databases and data management practices
