We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! You will represent our company as an outside sales representative, selling Roofing, siding and gutters.
Responsibilities :
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Meet homeowners at their home and discuss the scope of the project, review pictures and present them with pricing
- You will predominantly be selling Roofs, Siding, Gutters and Storm Restoration
- Ability to network with Insurance companies and others in the community - this is a bonus qualification not a necessity
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Computer proficient we use a database program called Acculynx as well as Word, Excel and other misc. apps.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Driven to succeed - the pay can be really high but you get out of it what you put into it. We are seeking driven and motivated individuals.
- Teachable, ready to learn and put into practice
- Ambitious
- Ability to carry a ladder and get on a roof as needed for inspections
- Construction experience and knowledge is a bonus
- Must have reliable transportation, be able to pass a drug test and a background check
The pay is commission only. A vehicle will be available for appointments.
