Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience in a library preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Strong oral and written communication skills; organizational skills; ability to work independently; proficiency in computer skills; professional interaction with faculty and students.
