Ready to lead a team, make a difference, and drive operational excellence? ServiceMaster TRS is seeking an energetic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our disaster restoration teams.

What You'll Do :
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage production teams and subcontractors. Drive recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team.
- Project Management : Oversee restoration projects (water, fire, mold, etc.), ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Quality Assurance : Implement company standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Customer Service : Partner with Service Coordinators to deliver excellent customer communication, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Resource & Fleet Management : Manage inventory, equipment, and fleet operations to ensure operational readiness and cost efficiency.
- Financial Oversight : Track labor and project costs, maintaining profitability while optimizing resource allocation.
Compensation :
$75,000.00 - $85,0000 per year, plus bonus potential based on performance and project outcomes.
What You Bring :
- 5+ years in disaster restoration or construction management, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- IICRC WRT & FSRT certifications required; OSHA 10 certification required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
