A well established non-profit behavioral health agency in RI is seeking their next Program Manager for Clinical Services.

Program Manager Responsibilities :
- Provide a team atmosphere that fosters growth, positive communication, and teamwork within the program
- Develop and manage clinical programs for adults
- Provide clinical supervision to team
- Embrace trauma informed principles, guiding relationships with staff and clients
- Develop and promote the principles, policies, and procedures of the organization
Program Manager Qualifications :
- LICSW, LMHC, or other independent license required must be licensed in RI or have reciprocal license
- Master's Degree in human services or related field required
- 4+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
