Pride Kia is looking for a motivated team member in our Sales Business Development Center.
The Sales BDC is responsible responding to internet inquiries including making sales appointments for customers.
They are the frontline of communication in a customer’s service experience. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the department including handling internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.
A successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities
Inspects and learns all capabilities, characteristics, and features on automobiles.
Compares and contrasts competitive models to help with customer inquiries.
Manages internet inquiries through dealership website, and other online channels.
Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
Making outbound call, generate sales appointments and log all customer comments.
Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
Schedule future contact as needed.
Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
Respond to customer website requests.
Contact internet customers via email and phone to schedule with sales department.
Qualifications
Excellent follow-up skills
Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience highly preferable
Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client / customer.
First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with Sales Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.
Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
Preferable knowledge of working Microsoft Word, computer literate / knowledge, data entry skills.
