Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team at a prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance defense and a passion for trial work.

Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including litigation and trial proceedings.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies.
- Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality legal services.
- Appear in court, arbitration, and mediation sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to build strong cases.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain professional relationships.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance defense.
- Demonstrated experience and interest in trial litigation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus but not required.
- Proven ability to handle complex cases.
