About the Role

InvestCloud is seeking a .NetDeveloper to test and deploy applications and systems. This role will revise, update, refactor and debug code.

The developer will also develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). An InvestCloud .NetDeveloper serves as an expert on applications and provides technical support.

How you will provide meaningful contributions :

• Participate in requirements analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture to ensure application aligns with user needs and demands while also maintain integrity of InvestCloud vision.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a relevant field.
• 5+ years experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
• 2+ years experience on development using .Net Core.
• Sound knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages preferably C#
• Automated Unit Testing / Nunit / xUnit
• Familiarity with architecture styles / APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Analysis of Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases mainly SQL Server and Oracle
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git / SVN
• Proven ability to work as an individual contributor and team player to execute towards mission of organization
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders / clients ensuring protocols are not minimized

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience working with international and remote teams.
• Good understanding of OWASP Top 10 Web Application Security Risks have experience in adhering to the standards to avoiding those risks.
• Experience providing support in troubleshooting issues in live environments.
• Experience working with applications in the financial domain.
• Strong commitment towards quality and schedule.
• Experience working with BDD (Behavior Driven Development)
