- Nursing staff will float to other Medical-Surgical Units in the hospital as needed with priority focus on pulling to Intensive Care Units.
- Patient Experience requirements : Hourly rounding, bedside hand-off reporting, completion of "My Care Board" during hand-off report;
use of AIDET with a focus on compassionate connected care.
Job Requirements
- Must be willing to care for COVID-19 patients
- ICU experience

- Ventilator management, critical care drip knowledge
- Thorough and accurate assessment skills
- Proficient knowledge with cardiac, neuro, and respiratory systems
- Don and Doff of PPE
- Procedures performed on unit : Intubations, cardioversions, ventriculostomy drain placement and management, IABP management, continual renal replacement therapy (CRRT), proning of patients.

- All nursing shifts are twelve hours from 7 to 7; every other weekend.
