The Director of Case Management is responsible for directing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all activities of the case management program within the hospital. This role involves developing processes for monitoring utilization review, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and overseeing care coordination across the continuum. the director will also analyze data to drive performance improvement and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance patient care quality.

Minimum Education

Master's Degree in Nursing or related field required preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
