JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls for updates from key clients.
• Provide shipment information, create orders, and activate shipments
• Confirm information and inventory drops are completed as planned.
• Update systems with accurate status and locations of trucks and drivers.
• Provide shipment info completely and accurately.
• Assist in maintaining and adapting customer specific procedure requests.
• Problem solving to find solutions for client concerns that are needed.
• Follow through to trouble shoot shipments / deliveries until client satisfaction is met.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma at Minimum
• Must be able to work onsite in Eden Prairie MN
• 2+ Years of in office work experience / or Customer Service Experience preferred (Logistics Experience is a plus)
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment and have good time management skills
