We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for the successful planning, organizing and controlling of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our Project Managers are accountable for the five phases of the project : preconstruction, job cost management, construction, project turnover and post construction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, budgets, and timelines, to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among team members.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within multi-family the construction industry with an emphasis on multi-building projects ranging in size from $10MM - $60MM.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven abilities of critical thinking, attention to detail, and highest quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Compensation details : 85000-130000 Yearly Salary
