We have a role in Phoenix, AZ for an Operations Manager!
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of moving supervisory / management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Top-notch organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and people / process management.
- Strong quick decision-making ability, exercise good judgment, and quick learner.
- Proficient with computers and able to learn specific CRMs used for multiple lines of work.
Preferences :
- Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Understanding of Profit & Loss statements (P&Ls).
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Supervise employee schedules and manage day-to-day operations.
- Administer inventory management of company assets in storage; moving / packing supplies.
- Conduct confirmation calls for upcoming scheduled service dates.
- Execute and resolve customer service issues.
- Oversee fleet reporting and management.
- Coordinate quality and assurance protocols (daily) including calls, spot checks.
- Exemplify Company Core Values.
- Knowledge of 15’, 26’ box trucks, semi-trucks, and trailers.
- Ability to drive a 15’-26’ box truck and straight trucks.
Compensation :
- Starting Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 per year .
- Monthly / Quarterly bonuses based on KPIs and / or P&L.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $80,000 - $90,000.
- Bi-Weekly Pay.
Benefits / Perks :
- 1 week Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Sick Time.
Schedule / Hours :
- 7 : 00 am start time, Monday - Saturday. Work Environment :
- In-Person.
- In-Person.
Commute :
45 minutes or less.
