Project Manager / Sr Architect - Albany Office (223C)

These services include Construction Management, Program Management, Owners Representation, Resident Engineering, Inspection, Preconstruction Consulting, Change Order Review, Value Engineering, Administration Assistance, Document Control and Staff Augmentation.
Our clients include NYS Office of General Services, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, NYC Health + Hospitals, State University of New York, NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC Parks & Recreation, NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority, and NYS Parks, Recreations and Historic Preservation.
Project Manager / Sr Architect - Albany Office / Corning Tower (223C)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Project Management or similar discipline.
- Coordinate and supervise complex architectural projects for new and rehabilitation of building plans and designs.
- Supervise and review specifications and drawings as submitted by Assistant Architects and design personnel.
- Review technical work of consultants.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines.
- Confer with client agencies and contractors.
- Supervise consultant work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient computer skills utilizing Windows / Outlook / Word / Excel and scheduling applications.
- Assist Regional Assistant Director with duties related to overseeing multiple regions.
- Must have a strong computer background.
- Must be available for NYS travel.
- OSHA 30.
- This is an immediate long-term Project Manager opportunity.*
Hourly Salary : $50.00-$60.00
