Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a remote Field Management Superintendent professional that would like to develop and advance in their respective career.

The successful individual who occupies this role will be responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within the assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single-area, multi-area or multi-discipline construction project.
We are looking to add a member to the Field Management team. You would be the primary client contact for all jobsite day-to-day activities or may coordinate with the clients resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned areas of operations.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
- Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project.
- Responsibilities are to ensure assigned job site operations are in compliance with design / specifications, completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities, or may coordinate with clients resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.
- Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.
- Manage field crews and craft labor between 5 to 30 person
- Manage workflows and data
- Prepare technical plans and deliverables for projects
- Project roles will vary including technical support and leading tasks
- Comfortable working with a team toward a common goal, while working independently on individual tasks
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- BA / BS + 6 years of related experience and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or / education
- Travel up to 100% to and from work sites required.
- This role is subject to Background, MVR, Drug & Alcohol and Medical Surveillance screenings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 15 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or / education
- Field remedial construction experience
- Experience with CERCLA and RCRA remediation programs at complex sites
- OSHA 40-hr Hazardous Waste certification preferred.

Please note that this role can be based anywhere in the United States and compensation data will vary in each location, including higher or lower than the stated range.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $81,000.00 - $120,000.00.
