Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its leading beverage brands, including Dr.

Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Motts, and Schweppes.

We aim to help grow KDPs iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Develop design concepts for packaging, retail, digital, experiential, OOH, and more for a our roster of in-house brands as well as content for other KDP business units
• Partner with Senior Design leaders on how to approach projects with a strategic mindset leveraging insights, tapping into cultural trends and blending design wizardry to deliver creative that is breakthrough and connects with our consumers.
• Work effortlessly across our portfolio of brands leveraging defined identity systems, typography, and voice to deliver creative solutions that are unique to each brands objectives and strategy
• Adapt and maintain efficient and scalable production of all required assets including templates, resizing, and versions
• Partner with strategy to understand business and creative objectives and how to translate to design concepts
• Pitch and present work and be able to clearly communicate concept rationales
• Regular creation of brand designs and confidently present ideas and pitch new ideas
• Proactively identify opportunity to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches, and techniques

Requirements

Requirements :

• 6+ years graphic design experience with a BA or BFA in graphic design or related field or equivalent experience
• A well-grounded brand advocate with strategic understanding of brand design
• Has a strong portfolio of work with recognizable brand designs and ideas you wish you'd done yourself
• Instinctively knows what good looks like - and passionately talks about it
• A safe pair of hands that can deliver on-brand creativity first time and can direct themselves accordingly
• Represents the agency as the go to person for brand design has a great eye for design and aesthetics, and is hugely passionate about art direction and design craft of our industry
• Can bring fresh, inspirational thinking to any brand or project
• Brand, sector, and media specialties
• Can use seminal work to direct and inspire
• Regular contributor to agency knowledge (sparking ideas)
• Continuously abreast of what's happening in our industry
