$3,100 to $3,260 per week

About The Position

Position Description

Catalytic Solutions has partnered with schools in Thornton, CO 80241. We are seeking on-site Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year.

  • Position : Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Schedule : Day (5x8 hrs) | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
  • Bill Rate Range : $77.50–$81.50 / hr
  • Hours : 40 hrs / week

Weekly Pay Range :

  • $77.50 × 40 hrs = $3,100 / wk
  • $81.50 × 40 hrs = $3,260 / wk
  • Assignment : 42 weeks
  • Caseload : Preschool / Elementary (ages 3–10)
  • Licensure : Colorado State SLP license
  • Certification : Colorado Department of Education certificate
  • Requirement : CCC-SLP

    • The SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for early childhood and elementary students, develop IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and maintain compliance with documentation. Fridays are dedicated to planning and paperwork.

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Colorado SLP license
  • CCC-SLP required
  • Experience with early childhood populations preferred
