Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project coordination, project scheduling, and construction management software.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time completion
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
  • Coordinate with clients to address any concerns or issues that arise during construction
  • Manage project documentation, including subcontracts, permits, and change orders
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specifications
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and milestones
  • Review and interpret project schematics, blueprints, and drawings
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of contract management and negotiation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
