Job Description : We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Coordinator (Spanish / English) with Receptionist and HR Duties to join our expanding company.
The perfect candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, reception, and human resources and must be fluent in reading and writing in Spanish.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Greet visitors and employees, providing excellent attention and assistance.
- Manage the schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Assist in document and file management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support hiring processes, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
- Assist in benefits administration and new employee orientation.
- Prepare and translate documents and communications from English to Spanish and vice versa.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements :
- Fluency in reading and writing in Spanish and English (a proficiency test will be conducted).
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or human resources role.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.

- Work Location : This is an office-based position that involves working with a large distributed workforce across multiple locations.
- Work Pace : The role requires the ability to adapt to constantly changing targets and quick turnarounds due to shifting priorities, evolving client needs, changing project specifications, and reception area support.
