What You'll Do :
As an HR Assistant & Receptionist, you will be responsible for administrative, benefit, and recruitment support in Human Resources, plus general clerical duties, office coordination, and front desk reception.
- Serve as the welcoming face of our company, answering calls and greeting visitors.
- Manage office operations; process mail, order and maintain supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor relationships, and ensure a clean and organized environment in common areas.
- Support HR administrative functions; data entry of employee information in online HRM database, online document creation, and records management.
- Support the recruitment process; maintain the applicant tracking system, complete new hire and termination checklists, coordinate candidate communications, draft offer letters, facilitate pre-employment process, assist in new hire orientation, and track recruitment metrics.
- Create and maintain orientation and benefit presentations, certificates, and informational flyers using Canva software.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, manage document workflows, maintain organized lists, assist with mailers and reports, and oversee shared office calendars for conference rooms.
What We're Looking For :
- High school diploma or GED, along with an associate degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
- Proficient computer skills, including email, Adobe, Word, and Excel; Canva is a plus.
- Displays strong teamwork and relationship-building skills with diplomacy.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, set goals, and complete tasks.
- Exhibits strong customer service skills, maintains professionalism, and is self-aware.
- Embraces diversity, adapts to change, and is open to new ideas.
- Accurately receives and relays important messages in a timely manner.
- Proactively prioritizes multiple activities efficiently.
- Organized, accurate, and monitors work for quality.
