Responsibilities

What\'s a day in the life of a Team Member?

Our Team Members make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. We are looking for true brand ambassadors who promote the company by creating a positive guest experience. Our teams take pride in providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve, and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. As a Team Member you will have the opportunity to grow your career. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours / days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Hourly Rate : $14.00 - $21.00 per hour

The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be accommodated with or without reasonable accommodations.
