Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity :

Are you an up-and-coming marketer who is ready to help build high performing campaigns across email, search, social and more?

Provisions Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help plan, manage and optimize B2B campaigns across paid and organic advertising channels from awareness, to acquisition, to revenue.

This is a key role for our next stage of growth and we're looking for someone who is ready for an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the world of IT Consulting and Staffing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating marketing activities, including drafting and producing emails, web content and print materials,
  • Drive posting calendar for corporate LinkedIn page.
  • Generating ideas and suggesting strategic marketing tactics to support campaigns.
  • Manage and drive corporate SWAG programs.
  • Identifying and suggesting opportunities for collaborative marketing efforts across the organization.
  • Assisting in developing success metrics, organizing performance data, and providing monthly reports on marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing events and webinars at corporate office and throughout the community.
  • Developing and maintaining lists for appropriate customer segments for use in marketing campaigns.
  • Providing quality assurance on marketing materials.
  • Maintaining Reporting Dashboards and presentations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a closely related field.
  • Two years of professional work experience in B2B marketing, public relations, communications, and / or brand management.
  • Experience with organizing, interpreting, and reporting performance analytics data from web and other digital media platforms.
  • Experience with information technology, including use of creative and productivity software, online educational tools and resources, email marketing software, and social media management platforms.
  • Experience writing marketing copy.
  • Experience managing a corporate LinkedIn page.
  • Experience using design and delivery platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Hubspot, Salesforce).

PREFERRED

  • Healthcare and / or IT Industry experience a plus.
  • Experience optimizing and developing website content in alignment with brand strategy
  • Experience in developing and implementing data-informed marketing and communications plans, with a focus on web and other digital medial platforms.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written, oral, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently on projects.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently.
