• Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outbound capacity.
