Job Role : Business Data Analyst
Location : Irving, TX - Hybrid
Duration : 6+ month contract
Job Description :
The candidate will need an understanding of customer-driven data, mainly using demographics to identify high value contacts.
They must also be able to handle data from a CRM and lead the data mining and management process. They will mainly interact with the company's business side and present the data in an understandable format to non-technical team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serving as a liaison between the Business and Data Teams
- Understanding customer data (name, demographic, age, address, donations)
- Leading in the building of a Data Mart (data mapping, data flow)
- Reverse engineering from existing reports which have no standardized format.
Key Skills Required :
- Experience in Customer Data Analysis
- Experience in Business / Stakeholder facing roles
- Ability to design data marts and understand their architecture
