Qualified Candidates :
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Are self-motivated fast -on-your-feet critical thinkers with excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Accountable to the schedule you committed to
- Integrity
- Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
- Are supporters of total body care and a healthy lifestyle
Day-to-Day :
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions, and checking in / out clients
- General cleaning duties and laundry
