Responsibilities :
- Lab refresh : installing 200+ Mac’s, pulling old, imaging new, using JAMF to deploy SW.
- Support all related hardware and software in eClassrooms, student production offices, staff conference rooms, labs, group study rooms, and computers in general computing areas.
Qualifications :
- Must have previous experience working in media production, a studio, a postproduction house or at a film school.
- 3+ years of experience supporting iMacs, Mac mini's, and Mac studios.
- Experience using JAMF to deploy software.
- Experience supporting media editing and production software such as AVID Media Composer, AutoDesk Maya / Entertainment Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Final Draft and Pro Tools.
- Familiarity with various types of peripherals including web cameras, printers, scanners, external storage media, input devices, and lockdown devices.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information
