Responsibilities :
- Build out a team and oversee the implementation of a data pipeline and data warehouse platform for harvesting insights from the company’s various digital platforms.
- Evaluate current tools used by programming, marketing, and digital teams to determine proper KPIs.
- Identify crucial data points for storytelling and analysis.
- Set up dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Conduct multivariate testing and personalization.
- Test and optimize all builds on an ongoing basis, including robust dashboards and reporting features.
- Communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage and mentor team members while guiding innovation in product, project, and resource management.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in analysis roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to integrate into organizations.
- Experience in managing and mentoring team members.
