The Cooker operator controls the cooking process from hydrolyzing the product to a finished product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :

Hydrolyzing raw Meat and blood.

Sizing.

Running the Machinery that processes the meat into make meal.

Transferring of hydrolyzed meal to storage.

Sunday is a scheduled plant shut down primarily for maintenance, housekeeping and training.

Shifts are subject to periodic rotation every 8 weeks

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.

Must reside within the United States to be eligible for employment.

Prefer : Reside within an hour of the River Valley Ingredients facility .

NEW HIRE SIGN-ON Bonus : $3,000.00 sign-on bonus paid out $500.00 at 30 days. $1,000.00 paid out at 90 days and $1,500.00 paid out at 6 months.
