Sr. Construction Project Manager
The Sr. Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day construction activities, project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, compliance and quality standards. Additionally, the project manager's responsibilities will span a broad spectrum including working with design and operations teams to ensure Lucky Strike Entertainment's goals for design, scope, and budget are being met.
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong attention to detail and deadlines; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of budgeting and cost estimating; strong supervisory and team building skills; strong communications skills; knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations, ADA requirements, current building codes and contract documents; knowledge of commercial construction management particularly on large scale builds and remodels both in newer and older buildings with mixed use.
Four-year college degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred. Strong preference for a background in large scale commercial renovation, specifically food and beverage, entertainment, hospitality, and / or retail with a history of managing multiple projects at one time. Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in construction industry including design. Previous experience working as an owner's representative is preferred.
This position involves regular travel with a home base near a major airport within the market requested; travel estimated between 25% and 75% averaged throughout the year depending on project status.
General office environment where you will walk, bend, stand and sit for long periods of time. Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers; must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather, this may include walking, climbing (including ladders), reaching, bending, crawling or stretching. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Will require air travel. Must be on call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather and other issues.
