- Candidates must be willing to work weekends on an every-other-weekend basis.- Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1 : 2.
- Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours.- Non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours, are completed pre-start and annually.
Any time over 20 hours requires approval.- Completion of modules is self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts.- Communication devices, if required, will be supplied by the client at no cost.
Providers are responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bills directly to the agency.- Flu vaccine status is unknown;
the COVID-19 vaccine is required, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons.- Reference check covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years is mandatory.
Candidates should be prepared to float between sister facilities and express a willingness to adhere to the client's policies.
