Tiny Tapp & Cafe is hiring hosts, food runners and bar-backs at our Riverwalk location. Our staff has a passion for the industry and operates extremely efficiently, providing team-based service and a positive and memorable guest experience.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and very reliable.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- You must be able to multitask and provide excellent communication with team members and guests
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of nights and weekends and holidays
- Upbeat personality; great interpersonal skills
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Run food to tables
- Clear tables
- Promote menu items
- Talk to guests to ensure they have a good experience
- Address any concerns guests may have
Qualifications and Skills :
- All applicants must have at least 2 years of restaurant / bar work experience
- At least 18 years of age for front of house positions
- Required to be certified in responsible alcohol service, BASSET and Food Handlers certification
- Job Type : Part Time Seasonal
