Title of Position : Restaurant Assistant Manager
Job Description : As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for all overall functions of a single restaurant.
The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be fully responsible for guest service and will ensure satisfaction by following the daily management agenda.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with a scratch kitchen full-service background. Selecting, training, and coaching a strong team will be the responsibility of the Restaurant Assistant Manager.
Scheduling, mentoring and counseling the restaurant personnel will also be functions of our Restaurant Assistant Manager.
A successful Restaurant Assistant Manager will lead by example and provide immediate feedback to ensure compliance with all state health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :
- Three plus years of Restaurant Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant Assistant Manager
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Assistant Manager must possess
- The Restaurant Assistant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- The Restaurant Assistant Manager may be required to work nights / weekends / holidays
